WELCOME TO TAN-Y-BRYN

This is an original Welsh cottage which has been very recently renovated to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. It has three bedrooms for 6 people plus 2 (double bed settee) in the larger bedroom. It is located on the corner of the island down its own track in a quiet and peaceful area close to the coast.  Dogs are welcome.

The cottage is upside down and is entered on the first floor from the car parking area.   Upon entering the property the living accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom and main bath and shower room are also located on this floor. The property is ideal for those people with minor disabilities or walking difficulties but equally a wheelchair user could easily have access to all this floors facilities with there being only one small step at the main entrance.
